The wireless industry CTIA has imposed new
rules on text messaging (Short Message Service or SMS) for anyone sending texts from non-cellphone sources. This includes Ring Central users such as our The Russell Law Firm, P.L. The new rules apply to all our employees and impose new
steps to protect against unwanted messages. Failure to comply may result in discontinuation of our SMS services and or fines for our law firm. The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts from The Russell Law
Firm P.L., you accept the following terms:

of Text Messages: If you have consented, The Russell Law Firm P.L., may text you updates on your case, appointment reminders, or requests for additional information. We may use any phone number on file but can only send texts to mobile phones.

this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment with The Russell Law
Firm, P.L on [Date] at [Time] at [Address]. You can reply STOP to opt out of
SMS messaging from The Russell Law Firm, P.L
at any time” by texting STOP to 954-358-5555. For support reply by texting HELP; Message
and data rates may apply; Messaging frequency may vary.
· Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication.
You may receive messages weekly, or as needed based on your case status.
· Standard Messaging Rates Apply: You may be charged standard messaging rates by your wireless carrier for receiving and responding to text messages from The Russell Law Firm, P.L.
